How can I subscribe a Course?
To subscribe any course you should follow the below mentioned steps:
- Create your account with us by entering your email id and mobile number. If you have already created your account then simply Login on the site.
- Choose your desired course and select period of subscription you want. You can subscribe for any course independently for minimum period of one month to maximum period of twelve month.
- Submit / Review your billing address and place order.
- Make payment online. (You can use Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking etc.)
- After successful payment you will be enrolled to desired course instantly and can start learning immediately.
- You can also scan the below QR code and after payment send screenshot at +91-8587933210 for activation of your desired course.
Can I download Lectures and Notes?
You can download study material in the form of a PDF document but you can not download videos. You can watch videos online only up to the period you have subscribed for.
How can I download PDF Notes?
You can download study material in the form of a PDF document through the link available under the ‘My Courses and Notes’ section of your dashboard.

Videos will play on mobile or computer/laptop?
You can watch our video lectures on mobile and computer/laptop but simultaneous double login is not allowed. Further, it is highly recommended to check that your device supports our video streaming platform. All our courses display a demo video for this purpose on the course page itself. If you can play that video smoothly that means your system is compatible with our platform.
What does it mean by 'Select Course Validity Period' ?
‘Course Validity Period’ represents the period for which you will be allowed to access the course. You can change the validity period as per your requirement while subscribing the course and will not be changeable once you place the order.
The course content will be the same irrespective to the validity period selected and once the validity of the course is complete, videos of the course will be locked and will not be accessible. So it is advised to choose the validity period carefully while subscribing the course.
How many times I can watch videos?
You can watch as many times as you want within the course validity period.
Do I have the option to get study material through post/courier?
No, you will have to download and print the study material at your own. We do not send anything physically. We deliver our content online only.
I have made payment but course is not activated?
You need not to worry, just intimate us about the incidence with your Name, Order Number and Transaction Date on our email : info@accountsmantra.com or whatsapp: +91-8587933210 (anytime) or call at +91-8587933210 (between 3pm-8pm only). You can also send this information through your dashboard under ‘Need Help’. We shall verify your payment and activate within 24 hours.
Is there any refund policy?
No, once a course has been subscribed by you, we can not provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that first, you go through the demos and free to use contents before you subscribe to our courses. For demos, you will find links/videos in the footer of the website and on the course page.
I want to learn some extra topics which are not covered in the subscribed course?
You can subscribed for extra topics separately, subject to availability. You should preferably discuss the matter with our team prior to subscription/enrolment.
My subscription period is not yet expired, but my videos are locked.
When we update our website many of logged in users are logged out automatically. You just have to re-login again using your email id and password. Make sure either your name is appearing or showing ‘Dashboard and Log Out’ button, in the top right corner of the website.
